Looking to break down particle agglomerates for a fine dispersion, the IMC Dispersers are the solution for viscous dispersions, most often used for applications up to 50,000 centipoise (cP). These Dispersers have all the standard features needed for efficient and economic operation. They are simple in design yet rugged and proved in heavy-duty applications with motor specifications rated at 10 HP for every 100 gallons of product. IMC dispersers are available with variable speed, mechanical or electronic drives. Every high shear mixer is manufactured entirely in the US and can be customized for your application. The new IMC-B line of pilot mount disperser is the most reliable in the industry for containers between 5-20 gallons. Look no further! The new IMC-B models have been developed for this specific volume. Our customers enjoy the fact that they now have a cost-effective option between a Lab unit and a large floor mount disperser. The new IMC-B line offers a 24” lift to allow operators to move the high shear dispersion blade in and out of the mix. Additionally, the bolt on blade attachment allows operators to change between blades easily and rapidly. All electric motor models include a variable speed controller (VFD) and can be optioned to an explosion proof variation. Standard units in the IMC-B line of dispersers operate between 0 and 5000 rpm. Air motor models will include a speed control valve, and muffler. The air lift system utilizes a 3-way air valve that allows to move the dispersion blade to any position. The speed is controlled by a keypad that includes an RPM read out to maximize efficiency. Options available are, Keypad extension for remote installation, container safe holding system, faster speeds, or higher torque configurations.
