The IMC-C-RS rotor stator provides the power you need to get the job done, whether you’re mixing paints, cosmetics, or simply require more shear to produce the perfect result. The IMC-C-RS can easily reach your process goals and is available in 5HP or 10HP with either standard electric motors or explosion proof electric motors. IMC-C-RS can handle a 40″ diameter vessel with a 36″ lift. The air lift uses a 3-way air valve to gently move in and out of position, allowing the rotor stator to be put anywhere inside the mixing container. This feature is useful if you’ll be mixing items with different viscosities. For further versatility, IMC-C-RS comes standard with an angle slotted stator that can be quickly and simply replaced with a general purpose or Emulser stator. IMC-C-RS’s speed may be readily regulated using a VFD with a digital readout to assure optimal mixing velocities ranging from 0 to 3600 RPM.
