The New IMC-A Recently Developed by our Process Engineers. The IMC-A series of Laboratory Workbench or bench top dispersers is the most robust, reliable, and complete benchtop disperser series in the industry today! With a capacity from 200 mL up to 5 Gal, these series of lab dispersers offer excellent reproducibility when looking to scale up to a full-scale production providing precise forecasting of performance of higher output IMC Mixer machines under a full-scale production condition. A wide range of dispersion blades are available for all IMC high shear benchtop mixers to accommodate the requirements of the application. Changing from one blade to another is quick and simple. The mixing unit can be effortlessly raised and lowered at any height with an air lift system that moves the dispersion blade out of the mixing container. The speed is controlled by a keypad that includes an RPM read out to maximize efficiency and repeatability of the process. The new designed IMC-A high shear bench top disperser with air motor will operate from 0 to 3000 RPM. The IMC-A lab units with electric motor will operate from 0-5000RPM. Vessel up to 15” in height can be used on all IMC-A series. If larges units are required, please look at the IMC-B and IMC-C series of High Shear Mixers.
