The New IMC-C has it all! The best value high-speed disperser in the industry for 55-gallon drums. Look no further! The new IMC-C models have been developed by our Engineers with Mechanical Power in mind, for mixing coatings, cosmetics, inks and more. To find the required horsepower, you need to divide your container volume by 10 (products less than 15,000 cPs). For instance, a 50-gallon batch would require a 5hp disperser. The new IMC-C can accommodate 40-inch diameter vessels at a 37-inch lift. The air lift system utilizes a 3-way air valve that allows to move the dispersion blade to any position. The speed is controlled by a Washdown (NEMA 4X) touch keypad that includes an RPM read out to maximize efficiency. All electric motor models include a variable speed controller (VFD) and can be optioned to an explosion proof variation. IMC offers a variety of options including, Keypad extension for remote installation, container safe holding system, faster speeds or higher torque configurations, explosion proof tachometers, and options on lift heights.
