MODEL DSL-150-78/400-2C-EXSS
The Series 3088 DSL Model was engineered to pair with IMC’s Vacuum Reactors. This model was developed for a client with high viscosity applications. The design included a 15-horsepower motor with a gear reducer and variable frequency drive, allowing for a smooth 78 to 400 RPM mixing speed with enough power to tackle the high viscosity material. Additionally, the vacuum reactor was also designed by IMC. The vacuum reactor had a working capacity of 200 gallons and included a heating/cooling jacket that was tested to 75 PSIG and a 500 ˚F rated insulation skin. A sight glass was included in the design for monitoring. Viton and O-ring seals were used to ensure that there were no leaks.
