From 5 to 20 gallons, the IMC-B-RS post mount rotor stator can handle all of your high shear mixing demands. IMC-B-RS rotor stator can readily handle a variety of mixing vessels thanks to its 24″ lift. A 3-way air valve, allows IMC-B-RS to smoothly move in and out of position, allowing the rotor stator to be positioned at any height within the mixing vessel. This is useful if you need to combine items with different viscosities. Changing the stator on the IMC-B-RS for alternative chemistries is simple and quick. For further versatility, IMC-B-RS comes standard with an angle slotted stator that can be quickly and simply replaced with a general-purpose or emulser stator. IMC-B-RS’s speed may be readily regulated using a VFD with a digital readout to assure optimal mixing velocities ranging from 0 to 3600 RPM.
