Our IMC-T Flange Mount Mixers are an excellent choice for mixing in large scale up to 10,000 gallon process vessels or if sealed mixing is required. IMC has the best value in the industry for this type of the mixer, this model features a stainless steel 8″ ANSI flange mount design and a Single FDA lip Seal or SB40 Double Lip seal, just let us know at the time or order. This gear reducer models include a 24:1 gear ratio gearbox. At the end of the mixing shaft is an IMC VHE blade that provides outstanding fluid velocity. All wetted parts are made of stainless steel for chemical resistance. Our top entry mixers are equipped with a Totally Enclosed Fan Cooled (TEFC) electric motor with IP55 enclosure rating that protects from dust and water spray for indoor and outdoor applications. Motors are dual rated and badged for 230/460 V 3Phase 60 Hz or 200/400V 3 Phase 50 Hz operation. This is perfect for domestic or international use. Various custom options are available for our heavy-duty top entry mixers including but not limited to, variable speed controller, washdown duty, explosion proof or stainless-steel motor, customized seals, special shafts and impellers.
