Description
IMC’s Plate Mount Mixer are generally bolted to two channels across the top of a tank with a customized 12”x12” plate. IMC Process Engineers designed these Plate Mount Mixers for heavy duty applications. A high-performance bearing was added for support in an all-welded construction assembly. Gear reducer models operate at lower rpms and provide more torque. Our top entry mixers can be equipped with a Totally Enclosed Fan Cooled (TEFC) electric motor. The air motor package includes a muffler and a needle control valve. The speed is controlled by a keypad that includes an RPM read out to maximize efficiency and repeatability of the process. Simply the best value for this type of mixer. This mixer can be customized with multiple gear ratios, seal packages, plate sizes, impellers, and shaft lengths for your application.
